Privacy
What this website does with the information you type into it. In short: the enquiry form does not send anything anywhere on its own, and the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
What you enter
The enquiry form on the contact page asks for the following. Nothing is required except the details needed to reply to you.
- Your name
- So the reply can address you.
- Mobile number
- The WhatsApp number the conversation continues on.
- Email address
- Only if you choose to enter one.
- Enquiry type
- Whether the enquiry is about an apartment or an event and group booking.
- Apartment preference
- Loft or 1BHK, when you have chosen one.
- Dates and guest numbers
- Check-in, check-out, adults and children, so the reply is useful.
This form does not submit to a LuxStayz server. There is no server behind it. What it does is assemble a message from what you typed and show it to you. You read it, and you decide whether to send it on WhatsApp. If you close the page instead, what you typed goes with it.
What the site does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tag manager.
- It loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from an outside font service.
- It does not build a profile of you, and it has nothing to sell to anyone.
- The one thing stored in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark theme. It stays on your device, is not personal information, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Where your enquiry goes
When you choose to send the prepared message, it goes to LuxStayz over WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. The conversation then lives in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, in the same way as any other WhatsApp chat. We read it to answer your enquiry and to arrange your stay.

Other services this site links to
These are separate companies with their own privacy policies. Your information reaches them only when you choose to go there.
- Booking
- Check Availability opens our booking provider at letsbook.me in order to take a reservation. Anything you enter there is handled under their policy, not this one.
- Maps
- The map on the contact page is served by Google and does not load until you press Load the map. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google, and the address is written out in full so you never need the map to find us.
- Used only when you send the message yourself, as described above.
- Instagram and Facebook
- Our profile links in the footer are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to Meta by visiting this site; that only happens if you follow one of them.
Your choices
Because the form sends nothing on its own, you stay in control right up to the moment you press send. Once you have contacted us, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Sangeetha at sangeetha@luxstayz.com and we will action it.
Deleting a WhatsApp conversation on our side does not remove your own copy, and deleting yours does not remove ours. If you want the conversation gone from our side, tell us and we will remove it.
