Room reservation cancellations

Cancellation timing is measured from the scheduled date of stay.

7+ days before stay: 100% refund can be initiated after proper cancellation communication by email or WhatsApp.
4-6 days before stay: 50% refund can be availed.
Within 3 days of stay: No refund can be availed.
Peak or promotional dates: No refund during peak seasons, long weekends, festive periods, or special promotional offers.
No-show: Guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount.

Banquet event cancellations

Cancellation timing is measured from the scheduled event date.

10+ days before event: Cancellation by email results in a charge of 25% of the event bill amount.
Within one week: The guest will be charged 50% of the event bill amount.
On the event day: The guest will be charged the full event bill amount.
Advance payment: Any advance collected is non-refundable.

Booking terms

LuxStayz operates as a premium stay property in Bengaluru.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the reservations team.
LuxStayz may refuse, cancel, or modify reservations that appear fraudulent or involve misrepresentation.
Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
A booking is confirmed only after the specified full or partial payment is received.
Rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment, additional services, and damage

Payments can be made by bank transfer, UPI, credit or debit card, or an approved online gateway.
Additional services must be settled during checkout.
Damage or loss will be charged according to management's decision.
